The location was perfect for us as it was close to the Mall of Istanbul and just a short drive from the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the surroundings. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Orhan the bellboy. The breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed the food in the restaurant. it was a great experience.
The swimming pool was quite crowded and it was difficult to enjoy a peaceful swim. It would have been better if there was a separate pool for activities, so that people could swim freely without any disturbances.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality. They even gave me a welcome gift of fruits upon arrival. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient, being very close to the Mall of Istanbul. The hotel facilities were great, including a well-equipped gym and all the necessary complimentary toiletries. The breakfast spread was very nice and the meals were delicious. The hotel was easily accessible from the airport, with a maximum taxi ride of 30 minutes.

The hotel provided exclusive amenities that met my luxurious needs. the public areas were decorated tastefully and the leisure areas were comfortable. the restaurant offered an outstanding selection of dishes and the service was impeccable.
One minor issue I experienced was with the slow Wi-Fi connection in the room. this was not a significant problem and it did not impact my overall enjoyable stay.

Comfortable and spacious room, with modern amenities. The fruit basket in the room upon arrival was a nice touch. The free and guarded parking provided convenience and peace of mind. Despite the hotel's location away from the city, the Mall of Istanbul was relatively close. The staff at breakfast were friendly.

New, quiet hotel with spacious, modernly decorated rooms and clean bathrooms. Very nice and clean swimming pool with suitable measurements and water temperature. Extremely helpful and trustworthy staff who allowed a late checkout without extra cost. Convenient location near the airport, perfect for a short stay before traveling.
